This results in a positive working atmosphere and carries us through the challenges of our fresh business. Particularly on peak days, the extraordinary team spirit comes to the forefront, where all of us, regardless of our roles, pitch in to bring the floral abundance to our customers.

For our Health

The health and well-being of our employees is important to us. Healthy, motivated and high-performing employees, as well as a positive working atmosphere, are crucial factors for company success. That's why we introduced Corporate Health Management (BGM) at the beginning of 2020. With BGM, we primarily invest in prevention. To achieve this, we launched the 'agro-fit' project, a five-minute fitness and movement program developed in collaboration with two physiotherapists. 'agro-fit' takes place twice a day. In the morning we focus on strengthening the cardiovascular system, while in the afternoon stretching exercises take centre stage. The programs vary daily and are accompanied by music to prevent boredom.

In addition, we offer subsidies for massages and gym memberships as part of our preventative wellness program. 

Further Education

We systematically promote the knowledge of our employees and financially contribute to their training and further education within the scope of their work responsibilities. Some examples include:

  • Advanced marketing and logistics training
  • Internal training sessions on specialized or sustainability topics
  • German language courses for employees with a migrant background

In the field of occupational safety, we adhere to the safety charter and ensure that our employees have the necessary knowledge of occupational safety, accident prevention and first response. Some examples include:

  • Regular training for our first responder team
  • Forklift courses for logistics employees
  • Fire safety drills
