Tropiflora Sri Lanka
Founded in 1980 by agrotropic and local partners, Tropiflora became a pioneer in the field of cut greens from Sri Lanka. Today, we are proud to be the largest exporter of cut greens from Sri Lanka, delivering to 13 countries worldwide.
Our mission is to cultivate and sell tropical greens with a focus on social and ecological sustainability. Tropiflora currently exports to 13 countries in Eurasia and Oceania, meeting diverse requirements in terms of assortment, packaging, colour composition, certification and logistics.
Both Tropiflora LENA and Tropiflora HANDESSA farms have been Fairtrade and FLO Standard certified since 2004.
The lush tropical climate allows Tropiflora to cultivate a broad and deep assortment that is available throughout the year. Three facilities operate on 25 hectares in Daulagala in the central highlands and Dodangaslanda and Attanagalla in the northwestern province.
We employ 180 experienced and dedicated workers, many of whom have had long and successful careers with our company.
